Biography of Anne Jane Gore Marchioness Abercorn 1763-1827

On 14 Jul 1760 [her father] Arthur Saunders Gore 2nd Earl Arran (age 25) and [her mother] Catherine Annesley were married. He the son of Arthur Saunders Gore 1st Earl Arran 1703-1773 (age 57).

In 1771 [her father] Arthur Saunders Gore 2nd Earl Arran (age 36) and [her step-mother]  were married. He the son of Arthur Saunders Gore 1st Earl Arran 1703-1773 (age 68).

On 20 Jun 1779 [her future husband] John Hamilton 1st Marquess Abercorn (age 22) and Catherine Moyle Marchioness Abercorn (age 19) were married at St Marylebone Church.

In Feb 1781 [her father] Arthur Saunders Gore 2nd Earl Arran (age 46) and were married. She by marriage Countess Arran. He the son of Arthur Saunders Gore 1st Earl Arran 1703-1773.

On 04 Mar 1792 [her future husband] John Hamilton 1st Marquess Abercorn (age 35) and Cecil Hamilton Marchioness Abercorn 1770-1819 (age 21) were married. She by marriage Marchioness Abercorn. They were divorced in Apr 1799. She married the Joseph Moyle 3rd Baronet (age 23) the following month; he being the brother of the Marquess' first wife Catherine Moyle Marchioness Abercorn. They were first cousins.

In 1800 John Hamilton 1st Marquess Abercorn (age 43) and Anne Jane Gore Marchioness Abercorn (age 36) were married. She by marriage Marchioness Abercorn. She the daughter of Arthur Saunders Gore 2nd Earl Arran (age 65) and Catherine Annesley.

On 28 Jul 1805 George Hamilton-Gordon 4th Earl Aberdeen (age 21) and [her step-daughter] Catherine Elizabeth Hamilton Countess Aberdeen 1784-1812 (age 21) were married. She by marriage Countess Aberdeen. She the daughter of John Hamilton 1st Marquess Abercorn (age 49) and Catherine Moyle Marchioness Abercorn.

On 25 Nov 1809 [her step-son] James Hamilton (age 23) and Harriet Douglas Countess Aberdeen 1792-1833 (age 17) were married. He the son of John Hamilton 1st Marquess Abercorn (age 53) and Catherine Moyle Marchioness Abercorn.
