Biography of Elizabeth Booth Countess Conway -1681

Elizabeth Booth Countess Conway was born to George Booth 1st Baron Delamer and Elizabeth Grey Baroness Delamer.

On 30 Nov 1639 [her father] George Booth 1st Baron Delamer (age 16) and Catherine Clinton were married. She the daughter of Theophilus Clinton 4th Earl Lincoln (age 39) and Bridget Fiennes Countess Lincoln.

Before 17 Apr 1648 [her father] George Booth 1st Baron Delamer (age 25) and [her mother] Elizabeth Grey Baroness Delamer (age 26) were married. She the daughter of Henry Grey 1st Earl Stamford (age 49) and Anne Cecil Countess Stamford 1596-1676 (age 52).

On 11 Feb 1651 [her future husband] Edward Conway 1st Earl Conway (age 28) and Anne Finch (age 19) were married.

On 24 Oct 1652 George Booth 1st Baronet (age 96) died at Bowdon Chester. His grandson [her father] George Booth 1st Baron Delamer (age 29) succeeded 2nd Baronet Booth of Dunham Massey.

On 26 Jun 1655 Edward Conway 2nd Viscount Conway (age 60) died in Lyon, France [Map]. His son [her future husband] Edward Conway 1st Earl Conway (age 32) succeeded 3rd Baron Conway of Ragley in Warwickshire.

After 23 Feb 1679 Edward Conway 1st Earl Conway (age 56) and Elizabeth Booth Countess Conway were married .

On 03 Dec 1679 [her husband] Edward Conway 1st Earl Conway (age 56) was created 1st Earl Conway. Elizabeth Booth Countess Conway by marriage Countess Conway.

On 04 Jul 1681 Elizabeth Booth Countess Conway died.

After 04 Jul 1681 [her former husband] Edward Conway 1st Earl Conway (age 58) and Ursula Stawell Countess Mulgrave and Conway -1697 were married. She by marriage Countess Conway.

On 11 Aug 1683 [her former husband] Edward Conway 1st Earl Conway (age 60) died. He was buried in the Church of the Holy Trinity Arrow [Map]. Earl Conway, Baron Conway of Ragley in Warwickshire extinct.

He bequeathed his estates to his cousin's son Popham Seymour-Conway (age 8) with the condition he should change his name to Seymour-Conway and adopt the Conway Arms.
