In 1758 [her father] Charles Ingram 9th Viscount Irvine (age 30) and [her mother] Frances Shepheard were married. She the heir of her father [her grandfather] Samuel Shepheard of Exning in Suffolk.

On 10 Jun 1759 Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford was born to Charles Ingram 9th Viscount Irvine (age 32) and Frances Shepheard. She became joint heir to her father's estate; 'one of the riches heiresses of high birth to be found in England'.

In 1763 George Ingram 8th Viscount Irvine (age 69) died. His nephew [her father] Charles Ingram 9th Viscount Irvine (age 35) succeeded 9th Viscount Irvine.

On 04 Feb 1768 [her future husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 24) and Alice Elizabeth Windsor (age 18) were married. On 10 Feb 1772 George Mason Villiers 2nd Earl Grandison (age 20) and [her future sister-in-law] Gertrude Seymour-Conway (age 21) were married. She the daughter of James Waldegrave 2nd Earl Waldegrave and Maria Walpole Duchess Gloucester and Edinburgh (age 48). He the son of Francis Seymour-Conway 1st Marquess Hertford (age 66) and Isabella Fitzroy Countess Hertford. They were fourth cousins. His son [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 51) succeeded 2nd Marquess Hertford, 2nd Earl Hertford, 2nd Earl of Yarmouth, 2nd Viscount Beauchamp, 3rd Baron Conway of Ragley in Warwickshire, 3rd Baron Conway of Killultagh in Antrim. Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 35) by marriage Marchioness Hertford. The estate was worth £70000 a year, and included Ragley Hall Alcester, Sudbourne Hall, Sudbourne and estates in Ireland.

On 11 Sep 1801 [her brother-in-law] Hugh Seymour-Conway (age 42) died.

Around 1806 Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 46) came to the notice of King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland (age 43). The Prince visited Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 46) at Temple Newsam Leeds giving her some Chinese wallpaper and the Moses tapestries.

In 1807 [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 63) took his wife Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 47) to Ireland in an attempt to prevent King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland (age 44) taking her as a mistress. By the summer King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland (age 44) was a regular visitor at Ragley Hall Alcester and Hertford aka Manchester House Manchester Square Marylebone.

Around 1819 Elizabeth Denison Marchioness Conyngham (age 49) replaced Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 59) as the mistress of King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland (age 56).
