She the daughter of Charles Colyear 2nd Earl Portmore. On 09 Apr 1761 Nathaniel Curzon 1st Baron Scarsdale was created 1st Baron Scarsdale. She by marriage Baroness Scarsdale. In 1812 Caroline Colyear Baroness Scarsdale died.
