There appears to be some confusion here as to whether Gerard Lisle 1st Baron Lisle (age 45) married Elizabeth Strange Baroness St John Basing daughter of John Strange 2nd Baron Strange Blackmere (deceased) and [his future mother-in-law] Ankaret Boteler Baroness Strange Blackmere (age 40), or Elizabeth Strange (age 51) daughter of John Strange 2nd Baron Strange Knockin and Isolde Chaworth Baroness Strange Knockin. The dates would suggest the former. She a great x 4 granddaughter of King John "Lackland" of England. 
On 30 Aug 1349 Fulk Strange 3rd Baron Strange Blackmere (age 17) died. His brother [his future brother-in-law] John Strange 4th Baron Strange Blackmere (age 17) succeeded 4th Baron Strange Blackmere.
In or before 1353 [his future brother-in-law] John Strange 4th Baron Strange Blackmere (age 20) and Mary Fitzalan Baroness Strange Blackmere were married. She by marriage Baroness Strange Blackmere. Alabaster altar-tomb and effigy, altar-tomb with moulded base and capping, sides and ends panelled with alternate quatrefoils enclosing shields of his arms and trefoil-headed panels; effigy in bascinet, Camail and Jupon Period. His jupon with same arms as his shield. Hip Belt, Leg Garter, right leg modern, head on helm crested with a Feathered Crest, feet on hound.
