On 25 Jun 1601 Peregrine Bertie 13th Baron Willoughby (age 45) died at Berwick on Tweed [Map]. His son Robert Bertie 1st Earl Lindsey (age 18) succeeded 14th Baron Willoughby de Eresby. He was buried at St James' Church, Spilsby [Map].

On 15 Feb 1610 Catherine Bertie (age 15) died in childbirth. She was buried at St James' Church, Spilsby [Map].

Monument Elizabethan Period. Tall Sideboard Tomb with reclining hooded figure of Lady Katherine, daughter of Peregrine, with Chrisom Child in the crib at her feet. Above a standing figure of Peregrine Bertie 13th Baron Willoughby (age 45) in a niche, with strapwork embellishments, all supported on composite columns with a dentilated cornice.

Catherine Bertie: Around 1595 she was born to Peregrine Bertie 13th Baron Willoughby and Mary Vere Baroness Willoughby Eresby. Sources are confused about her birth year stating she was born in 1610 and that she married in 1609. Date adjusted to around 1595 on the assumption she was married around twenty years of age. Her son died at six days old on 09 Feb 1610. Her father died in 1601. Sources also refer to her as Baroness Rockingham whereas she died some eleven years before her husband was created Baron Rockingham. In 1609 Lewis Watson 1st Baron Rockingham and she were married.

After 1607. Monument to father, son and daughter-in-law in Church of St Oswald, Methley [Map] to (right) John Savile (age 62), (middle) Henry Savile 1st Baronet (age 28) and (right) Mary Dent. Probably sculpted by Nicholas Stone (age 20). Chrisom Child. Ruff.

Mary Dent: she was born to John Dent of London. Before 23 Jun 1632 Henry Savile 1st Baronet and she were married.

On 07 Aug 1616 William Savage (age 62) died. He was buried at St Mary the Virgin Church, Elmley [Map].

On 31 Jan 1631 Giles Savage (age 46) died. He was buried at St Mary the Virgin Church, Elmley [Map].

On 11 Jun 1674 Katherine Dalston (age 84) died (she the wife of Giles Savage (age 31)) at Elmley Castle, Worcestershire. She was buried at St Mary the Virgin Church, Elmley [Map].

Alabaster table tomb with father, son and daughter-in-law. She holding a Chrisom Child probably representing stillborn, or died soon after birth. At their feet two lions and what is described as a stag with an arrow through its neck.

On 17 Jan 1625 Henry Sacheverell (age 59) died. He was buried at Holy Trinity Church Ratcliffe on Soar [Map].

After 15 Aug 1625. St Oswald's Church, Malpas [Map]. Monument to Hugh "The Younger" Cholmondeley and Mary Holford (deceased). Jacobean Period. She wearing a Bongrace. Chrisom Child.

Hugh "The Younger" Cholmondeley: In 1552 he was born to Hugh "The Elder" Cholmondeley and Ann Dorman. In 1575 Hugh "The Younger" Cholmondeley and Mary Holford were married. On 23 Jul 1601 Hugh "The Younger" Cholmondeley died.

Mary Holford: On 20 Jan 1562 she was born. On 15 Aug 1625 she died at Vale Royal.

On 22 May 1653 unamed child was born to Charles Paulet 1st Duke Bolton (age 23) and Christian Freschville (age 19). She died in childbirth. The child died seven days later on 29 May 1653. Both were buried at the St John the Baptist's Church, Staveley [Map]. Monument erected by her husband Charles Paulet 1st Duke Bolton (age 23) the future Duke Bolton. Reclining figure with Chrisom Child.

Christian Freschville: On 13 Dec 1633 she was born to John Freschville 1st Baron Frescheville and Sarah Harrington. On 28 Feb 1652 Charles Paulet 1st Duke Bolton and she were married. He the son of John Paulet 5th Marquess Winchester and Jane Savage Marchioness Winchester.
