Paternal Family Tree: Robinson Family 3
In 1814 [his father] Frederick John Robinson 1st Earl Ripon (age 31) and [his mother] Sarah Albinia Louisa Hobart (age 21) were married. She the daughter of [his grandfather] Robert Hobart 4th Earl Buckinghamshire (age 53) and [his grandmother] Margaretta Bourke.
On 24th October 1827 George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon was born to Frederick John Robinson 1st Earl Ripon (age 44) and Sarah Albinia Louisa Hobart (age 34) at 10 Downing Street, Westminster [Map].
On 8th April 1851 George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon (age 23) and Henrietta Anne Theodosia Vyner Marchioness Ripon (age 17) were married. He the son of Frederick John Robinson 1st Earl Ripon (age 68) and Sarah Albinia Louisa Hobart (age 58). They were first cousin once removed.
On 29th January 1852 [his son] Frederick Oliver Robinson 2nd Marquess Ripon was born to George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon (age 24) and [his wife] Henrietta Anne Theodosia Vyner Marchioness Ripon (age 18). Coefficient of inbreeding 3.23%.
On 28th January 1859 [his father] Frederick John Robinson 1st Earl Ripon (age 76) died. He has a monument at All Saints' Church, Nocton [Map] sculpted by Matthew Noble (age 41). His son George (age 31) succeeded 2nd Earl Ripon, 2nd Viscount Gooderich of Nocton in Lincolnshire. [his wife] Henrietta Anne Theodosia Vyner Marchioness Ripon (age 25) by marriage Countess Ripon.
Henrietta Anne Theodosia Vyner Marchioness Ripon: On 17th April 1833 she was born to Henry Vyner and Mary Gertude Robinson. On 8th April 1851 George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon and she were married. He the son of Frederick John Robinson 1st Earl Ripon and Sarah Albinia Louisa Hobart. They were first cousin once removed. In 1871 George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon was created 1st Marquess Ripon. She by marriage Marchioness Ripon. On 28th February 1907 Henrietta Anne Theodosia Vyner Marchioness Ripon died.
On 5th July 1859 Charles Compton 3rd Marquess Northampton (age 43) and [his sister-in-law] Theodosia Harriett Elizabeth Vyner (age 25) were married. She by marriage Marchioness Northampton. He the son of Spencer Compton 2nd Marquess Northampton and Margaret Douglas-Maclean-Clephane Marchioness Northampton.
On 14th November 1859 [his uncle] Thomas de Grey 2nd Earl de Grey (age 77) died. His nephew George (age 32) succeeded 3rd Earl de Grey, 4th Baron Grantham, 7th Baronet Robinson of Newby in Yorkshire. His daughter Ann (age 53) succeeded 7th Baroness Lucas of Crudwell.
On 18th November 1864 [his sister-in-law] Theodosia Harriett Elizabeth Vyner (age 30) died.
The Times. 3rd February 1866. Her Majesty (age 46) drove out yesterday morning and afternoon. Mr. Engleheart arrived at Osborne on Thursday, and had the honour of dining with Her Majesty and the Royal family yesterday. The Queen held a Council today, which was attended by Earl Russell (age 73), Earl de Grey and Ripon (age 38), and Mr. Guschen.
Mr. Helps was Clerk of the Council.
Earl Cowley (age 61), Viscount Sydney (age 60), and Sir Charles Young (age 70), Garter, arrived from London this morning. Lord Cowley was introduced by Lord Sydney, Lord Chamberlain (Sir Charles Young attending with the insignia of the Order of the Garter), and Her Majesty invested Lord Cowley with the Riband and Badge of the Garter.
Earl Russell and Earl de Grey had audiences of Her Majesty.
Note. On 3rd February 1866 Henry Richard Charles Wellesley 1st Earl Cowley was appointed 747th Knight of the Garter by Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom.
In 1867 [his mother] Sarah Albinia Louisa Hobart (age 74) died.
In 1869 George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon (age 41) was appointed 760th Knight of the Garter by Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom (age 49).
In 1871 George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon (age 43) was created 1st Marquess Ripon. [his wife] Henrietta Anne Theodosia Vyner Marchioness Ripon (age 37) by marriage Marchioness Ripon.
The London Gazette 24843. India Office, May 6, 1880. THE Queen has been pleased to appoint the Most Honourable the Marquess of Ripon (age 52), K.G., to be Governor-General of India.
In 1885 [his son] Frederick Oliver Robinson 2nd Marquess Ripon (age 32) and [his daughter-in-law] Constance Gwladys Herbert Marchioness Ripon (age 25) were married. He the son of George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon (age 57) and [his wife] Henrietta Anne Theodosia Vyner Marchioness Ripon (age 51).
After 1890. Statue of William Forster below the entrance to Bradford Cathedral [Map] sculpted by J Harvard. The cost was raised by public subscriptions. The statue was unveiled by the George Frederick Samuel Robinson 1st Marquess Ripon (age 62) in 1890 and the occasion was marked by a procession led by the Black Dyke Mills Band to Forster Square where a crowd of over 10,000 watched the unveiling. Forster's statue was moved to a different positon in Forster square in 1967 as part of the redevelopment of the City Centre and removed from Forster Square in 2004 to make space for the building of the Broadway Shopping Centre. After the shopping centre was completed in 2015 the statue was erected outside an entrance.
William Forster: On 11th July 1818 he was born. On 5th April 1886 he died.

His son [his son] Frederick (age 57) succeeded 2nd Marquess Ripon, 4th Earl de Grey, 3rd Earl Ripon, 3rd Viscount Gooderich of Nocton in Lincolnshire, 5th Baron Grantham, 8th Baronet Robinson of Newby in Yorkshire. [his daughter-in-law] Constance Gwladys Herbert Marchioness Ripon (age 50) by marriage Marchioness Ripon.
