Chronicle of Abbot Ralph of Coggeshall
The Chronicle of Abbot Ralph of Coggeshall (Chronicon Anglicanum) is an indispensable medieval history that brings to life centuries of English and European affairs through the eyes of a learned Cistercian monk. In 1758 [her father] Charles Ingram 9th Viscount Irvine (age 30) and [her mother] Frances Shepheard were married. She the heir of her father [her grandfather] Samuel Shepheard of Exning in Suffolk.
On 10th June 1759 Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford was born to [her father] Charles Ingram 9th Viscount Irvine (age 32) and [her mother] Frances Shepheard. She became joint heir to her father's estate; 'one of the riches heiresses of high birth to be found in England'.
In 1763 George Ingram 8th Viscount Irvine (age 69) died. His nephew [her father] Charles (age 35) succeeded 9th Viscount Irvine.
On 4th February 1768 [her future husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 24) and Alice Elizabeth Windsor (age 18) were married. He the son of [her future father-in-law] Francis Seymour-Conway 1st Marquess Hertford (age 49) and [her future mother-in-law] Isabella Fitzroy Countess Hertford (age 41). They were fifth cousin once removed. He a great x 2 grandson of King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland.
On 20th May 1776 Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 33) and Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 16) were married. He the son of Francis Seymour-Conway 1st Marquess Hertford (age 57) and Isabella Fitzroy Countess Hertford (age 49). They were sixth cousins. He a great x 2 grandson of King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland.
On 11th March 1777 [her son] Francis Charles Seymour-Conway 3rd Marquess Hertford was born to [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 34) and Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 17). He a great x 3 grandson of King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland. He married 19th May 1798 Maria "Mie Mie" Seymour-Conway Marchioness of Hertford, daughter of William Douglas 4th Duke Queensberry.
On 27th June 1778 [her father] Charles Ingram 9th Viscount Irvine (age 51) died without male issue. Viscount Irvine extinct.
Anne Boleyn. Her Life as told by Lancelot de Carle's 1536 Letter.
In 1536, two weeks after the execution of Anne Boleyn, her brother George and four others, Lancelot du Carle, wrote an extraordinary letter that described Anne's life, and her trial and execution, to which he was a witness. This book presents a new translation of that letter, with additional material from other contemporary sources such as Letters, Hall's and Wriothesley's Chronicles, the pamphlets of Wynkyn the Worde, the Memorial of George Constantyne, the Portuguese Letter and the Baga de Secrets, all of which are provided in Appendices.

On 4th November 1784 [her sister-in-law] Anne Seymour-Conway Countess Drogheda (age 40) died.
On 14th June 1794 [her father-in-law] Francis Seymour-Conway 1st Marquess Hertford (age 75) died. His son [her husband] Francis (age 51) succeeded 2nd Marquess Hertford, 2nd Earl Hertford, 2nd Earl of Yarmouth, 2nd Viscount Beauchamp, 3rd Baron Conway of Ragley in Warwickshire, 3rd Baron Conway of Killultagh in Antrim. Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 35) by marriage Marchioness Hertford. The estate was worth £70000 a year, and included Ragley Hall, Alcester, Sudbourne Hall, Sudbourne and estates in Ireland.
On 19th May 1798 [her son] Francis Charles Seymour-Conway 3rd Marquess Hertford (age 21) and [her daughter-in-law] Maria "Mie Mie" Seymour-Conway Marchioness of Hertford (age 26) were married. She the illegitmate daughter of William Douglas 4th Duke Queensberry (age 73). He the son of [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 55) and Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 38).
In 1804 [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 60) was appointed Master of the Horse by William "The Younger" Pitt (age 44).
Around 1806 Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 46) came to the notice of King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland (age 43). The Prince visited Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford at Temple Newsam Leeds giving her some Chinese wallpaper and the Moses tapestries.
In 1807 [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 63) took his wife Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 47) to Ireland in an attempt to prevent King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland (age 44) taking her as a mistress. By the summer King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland was a regular visitor at Ragley Hall, Alcester and Hertford aka Manchester House Manchester Square Marylebone.
In 1807 [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 63) was appointed 633rd Knight of the Garter by King George III of Great Britain and Ireland (age 68).
Around 1819 Elizabeth Denison Marchioness Conyngham (age 49) replaced Isabella Anne Ingram Marchioness Hertford (age 59) as the mistress of King George IV of Great Britain and Ireland (age 56).
On 28th June 1822 [her husband] Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway 2nd Marquess Hertford (age 79) died at Hertford aka Manchester House Manchester Square Marylebone. His son [her son] Francis (age 45) succeeded 3rd Marquess Hertford, 3rd Earl Hertford, 3rd Earl of Yarmouth, 3rd Viscount Beauchamp, 4th Baron Conway of Ragley in Warwickshire, 4th Baron Conway of Killultagh in Antrim.
Jean de Waurin's Chronicle of England Volume 6 Books 3-6: The Wars of the Roses
Jean de Waurin was a French Chronicler, from the Artois region, who was born around 1400, and died around 1474. Waurin’s Chronicle of England, Volume 6, covering the period 1450 to 1471, from which we have selected and translated Chapters relating to the Wars of the Roses, provides a vivid, original, contemporary description of key events some of which he witnessed first-hand, some of which he was told by the key people involved with whom Waurin had a personal relationship.
