Before 21st December 1594 [his father] William Sutton (age 35) and [his mother] Susan Cony were married.
On 21st December 1594 Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton was born to William Sutton (age 35) and Susan Cony.
In 1611 [his father] William Sutton (age 52) died.
On 14th April 1616 Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton (age 21) and Elizabeth Manners Baroness Lexington (age 21) were married. She by marriage Baroness Lexinton of Aram in Nottinghamshire.
Before 2nd June 1629 [his brother-in-law] John Manners 8th Earl of Rutland (age 24) and Frances Montagu Countess Rutland (age 15) were married.
Around 1635 [his wife] Elizabeth Manners Baroness Lexington (age 40) died.
After 16th April 1635 Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton (age 40) and Anne Palmes Baroness Lexington were married.
On 21st November 1645 Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton (age 50) was created 1st Baron Lexinton of Aram in Nottinghamshire. [his wife] Anne Palmes Baroness Lexington by marriage Baroness Lexinton of Aram in Nottinghamshire.
In or before 1659 [his wife] Anne Palmes Baroness Lexington died.
On 21st February 1660 Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton (age 65) and Mary St Leger Baroness Lexington (age 20) were married. She by marriage Baroness Lexinton of Aram in Nottinghamshire. The difference in their ages was 45 years.
On 6th January 1662 [his son] Robert Sutton 2nd Baron Lexinton was born to Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton (age 67) and [his wife] Mary St Leger Baroness Lexington (age 22).
Around 1665 [his daughter] Bridget Sutton was born to Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton (age 70) and [his wife] Mary St Leger Baroness Lexington (age 25).
On 13th October 1668 Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton (age 73) died. His son [his son] Robert (age 6) succeeded 2nd Baron Lexinton of Aram in Nottinghamshire.
On 3rd September 1669 [his former wife] Mary St Leger Baroness Lexington (age 29) died in Paris [Map].
Church of St Michael and All Angels, Averham [Map]. There is a wall monument to Robert Sutton 1st Baron Lexinton who died in 1668. There are also two medieval memorials, a foliated cross and an effigy of a layman (poorly preserved).
