On 7th April 1677 Francis Willoughby 1st Baronet (age 9) was created 1st Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton. The date here somewhat curious since he was only nine years old. Possibly created on behalf of his late father.

In 1688 Francis Willoughby 1st Baronet (age 20) died unmarried. His brother Thomas (age 15) succeeded 2nd Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

In 1729 Thomas Willoughby 1st Baron Middleton (age 56) died. His son Francis (age 36) succeeded 2nd Baron Middleton, 3rd Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton. Mary Edwards Baroness Middleton by marriage Baroness Middleton.

On 31st July 1758 Francis Willoughby 2nd Baron Middleton (age 65) died. His son Francis (age 32) succeeded 3rd Baron Middleton, 4th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

On 16th December 1774 Francis Willoughby 3rd Baron Middleton (age 48) died. His brother Thomas (age 45) succeeded 4th Baron Middleton, 5th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton. Georgina Chadwick Baroness Middleton by marriage Baroness Middleton.

On 2nd November 1781 Thomas Willoughby 4th Baron Middleton (age 52) died. His first cousin Henry (age 54) succeeded 5th Baron Middleton, 6th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton. Dorothy Cartright Baroness Middleton by marriage Baroness Middleton.

On 14th June 1800 Henry Willoughby 5th Baron Middleton (age 73) died. His son Henry (age 39) succeeded 6th Baron Middleton, 7th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

On 19th June 1835 Henry Willoughby 6th Baron Middleton (age 74) died. His first cousin Digby (age 65) succeeded 7th Baron Middleton, 8th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

On 5th November 1856 Digby Willoughby 7th Baron Middleton (age 86) died. His first cousin once removed Henry (age 39) succeeded 8th Baron Middleton 9th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton. Julia Louisa Bosville Baroness Middleton (age 32) by marriage Baroness Middleton.

On 20th December 1877 Henry Willoughby 8th Baron Middleton (age 60) died at Birdsall House, Ryedale. His son Digby (age 33) succeeded 9th Baron Middleton, 10th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

On 28th May 1922 Digby Wentworth Bayard Willoughby 9th Baron Middleton (age 77) died. His brother Godfrey (age 75) succeeded 10th Baron Middleton, 11th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

In 1924 Godfrey Ernest Percival Willoughby 10th Baron Middleton (age 77) died. His son Michael (age 36) succeeded 11th Baron Middleton, 12th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

On 16th November 1970 Michael Guy Percival Willoughby 11th Baron Middleton (age 83) died. His son Digby (age 49) succeeded 12th Baron Middleton, 13th Baronet Willoughby of Wollaton.

On 5th February 1806 Christopher Willoughby 1st Baronet (age 57) died. His son Christopher (age 13) succeeded 2nd Baronet Willoughby of Baldon House in Oxfordshire.

On 24th June 1813 Christopher Willoughby 2nd Baronet (age 20) died "from the effects of a blow at cricket" - see Oxford University Alumni, 1500-1886. His brother Henry (age 16) succeeded 3rd Baronet Willoughby of Baldon House in Oxfordshire. On coming of age, he succeeded to the family estates, which comprised 2,882 acres in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Surrey and Berkshire in 1872, and the £30,390 residue of his father's will.

On 23rd March 1865 Henry Pollard Willoughby 3rd Baronet (age 68) died unmarried. His brother John (age 65) succeeded 4th Baronet Willoughby of Baldon House in Oxfordshire.

On 15th September 1866 John Pollard Willoughby 4th Baronet (age 67) died. His son John (age 7) succeeded 5th Baronet Willoughby of Baldon House in Oxfordshire.
