She the daughter of Francis Godolphin 2nd Earl Godolphin (age 38) and Henrietta Churchill 2nd Duchess of Marlborough (age 35).
On 17th November 1756 Thomas Pelham Holles 1st Duke Newcastle-under-Lyne (age 63) was created 1st Duke Newcastle under Lyme with a special remainder to his nephew by marriage Henry Fiennes Pelham-Clinton 2nd Duke Newcastle-under-Lyne (age 36) husband of his niece Catherine Pelham Countess of Lincoln (age 29).

He a great x 3 grandson of King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland. On 18th May 1795 Thomas Pelham-Clinton 3rd Duke Newcastle-under-Lyne died at Sunninghill, Berkshire. His son Henry succeeded 4th Duke Newcastle under Lyme, 11th Earl Lincoln. On 18th July 1807 Henry Pelham-Clinton 4th Duke Newcastle-under-Lyne and Georgiana Elizabeth Miller Mundy Duchess Newcastle under Lyne were married in Lambeth Palace by marriage Duchess Newcastle under Lyme. On 27th November 1832 Henry Pelham-Clinton 5th Duke Newcastle-under-Lyne and she were married. She the daughter of Alexander Hamilton 10th Duke Hamilton 7th Duke Brandon and Susanna Euphemia Beckford Duchess Hamilton Duchess Brandon. He the son of Henry Pelham-Clinton 4th Duke Newcastle-under-Lyne and Georgiana Elizabeth Miller Mundy Duchess Newcastle under Lyne. On 28th November 1889 Susan Harriet Catherine Hamilton Duchess Newcastle under Lyne died.
