On 3rd June 1633 James Tuchet 3rd Earl Castlehaven (age 16) was created 1st Baron Audley of Hely in Ireland.
On 11th October 1686 James Tuchet 3rd Earl Castlehaven (age 69) died at Kilcash Castle, County Tipperary. His brother Mervyn succeeded 4th Earl Castlehaven, 14th Baron Audley of Heighley in Staffordshire, 11th Baron Tuchet, 4th Baron Audley of Orier in England, 2nd Baron Audley of Hely in Ireland but only for three weeks. He died on 2nd November 1686. Mary Talbot Countess Castlehaven by marriage Countess Castlehaven.
On 2nd November 1686 Mervyn Tuchet 4th Earl Castlehaven died. His son James succeeded 5th Earl Castlehaven, 15th Baron Audley of Heighley in Staffordshire, 12th Baron Tuchet, 5th Baron Audley of Orier in England, 3rd Baron Audley of Hely in Ireland.
On 12th August 1700 James Tuchet 5th Earl Castlehaven died. His son James succeeded 6th Earl Castlehaven, 16th Baron Audley of Heighley in Staffordshire, 13th Baron Tuchet, 6th Baron Audley of Orier in England, 4th Baron Audley of Hely in Ireland.
On 12th October 1740 James Tuchet 6th Earl Castlehaven died. His son James (age 17) succeeded 7th Earl Castlehaven, 17th Baron Audley of Heighley in Staffordshire, 14th Baron Tuchet, 7th Baron Audley of Orier in England, 5th Baron Audley of Hely in Ireland.
On 6th May 1769 James Tuchet 7th Earl Castlehaven (age 46) died unmarried. His brother John (age 44) succeeded 8th Earl Castlehaven, 18th Baron Audley of Heighley in Staffordshire, 15th Baron Tuchet, 8th Baron Audley of Orier in England, 6th Baron Audley of Hely in Ireland.
On 22nd April 1777 John Tuchet 8th Earl Castlehaven (age 52) died. Earl Castlehaven, Baron Audley of Orier in England and Baron Audley of Hely in Ireland extinct. His nephew George (age 20) succeeded 19th Baron Audley of Heighley in Staffordshire, 16th Baron Tuchet.
