In 1801 [his father] Lewis Way [aged 28] and [his mother] Mary Drewe were married. They had nine children: three sons and six daughters.
On 23rd June 1805 Albert Way was born to Lewis Way [aged 33] and Mary Drewe at Bath, Somerset [Map].
In 1839 Albert Way [aged 33] was elected Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London.
In 1840 [his father] Lewis Way [aged 67] died.
In 1842 Albert Way [aged 36] was appointed Director of the Society of Antiquaries of London which position he held until 1846.
In 1843 Albert Way [aged 37] and Charles Roach Smith were appointed Joint Honourary Secretary of the British Archaeological Association.
