They were fourth cousin twice removed.

Around 1725 [his son] George Howe 3rd Viscount Howe was born to Emanuel Howe 2nd Viscount Howe [aged 25] and [his wife] Sophia Von Keilmansegg Viscountess Howe [aged 21].
