On 16th November 1758 [his grandfather] Nathaniel Curzon 4th Baronet [aged 82] died. His son [his father] Nathaniel [aged 32] succeeded 5th Baronet Curzon of Kedleston in Derbyshire, 5th Baronet Curzon of Nova Scotia.
