On 19th September 1774 Coulson Wallop was born to John Wallop 2nd Earl Portsmouth [aged 32] and Urania Fellowes [aged 32].

On 30th January 1795 [his brother] Newton Wallop aka Fellowes 4th Earl of Portsmouth [aged 22] and [his sister-in-law] Frances Sherard [aged 20] were married. He the son of [his father] John Wallop 2nd Earl Portsmouth [aged 52] and [his mother] Urania Fellowes [aged 53].

In 1796 Coulson Wallop [aged 21] was elected MP Andover which seat he held until 1802.
On 16th May 1797 [his father] John Wallop 2nd Earl Portsmouth [aged 54] died. His succeeded son [his brother] John [aged 29] succeeded 3rd Earl Portsmouth, 3rd Viscount Lymington, 3rd Baron Wallop of Farley Wallop Hampshire.
On 19th November 1799 John Wallop 3rd Earl Portsmouth [aged 31] and Grace Norton Countess Portsmouth [aged 47] were married. Grace Norton Countess Portsmouth by marriage Countess Portsmouth. She the sister of one of his trustees William Norton 2nd Baron Grantley [aged 57]. She being forty-seven years old at the time of the marriage was considered unlikely to have children which his brother Newton Wallop aka Fellowes 4th Earl of Portsmouth [aged 27] considered desriable given John's mental condition. He the son of John Wallop 2nd Earl Portsmouth and Urania Fellowes [aged 57].
On 5th August 1800 John King reported to William Pitt that Coulson Wallop [aged 25] was... little better than an idiot, in addition to which he has spent all his money, and his Urania Fellowes [aged 58] does not think him a proper person to continue to represent [Andover]. At the same time she is anxious to obtain some provision for him (to the extent of about £400 per annum) and provided I can be the means of effecting this, I am to be considered as the family Member.
On 2nd April 1802 Coulson Wallop [aged 27] and Catherine Townley Keatinge were married. There were no children from the marriage. He the son of John Wallop 2nd Earl Portsmouth and Urania Fellowes [aged 60].

In 1803 Coulson Wallop [aged 28] was detained at Verdun when war broke out. In Feb 1805 he was removed to the fortress of Bitche for having an affair with the wife of another English detainee
On 31st August 1807 Coulson Wallop [aged 32] died of apoplexy whilst imprisoned at Verdun.
