On 10 Feb 1789 [his grandfather] Henry Harpur 6th Baronet (age 50) died. His son [his father] Henry Crewe 7th Baronet (age 26) succeeded 7th Baronet Harpur of Calke Abbey in Derbyshire.

In 1792 [his father] Henry Crewe 7th Baronet (age 29) and [his mother] Ann or Nanny Hawkins were married. She having been his mistress.

On 01 Feb 1795 George Crewe 8th Baronet was born to Henry Crewe 7th Baronet (age 32) and Ann or Nanny Hawkins.

In 1819 George Crewe 8th Baronet (age 23) and Jane Whitaker Lady Crewe (age 20) were married.

On 06 Feb 1819 [his father] Henry Crewe 7th Baronet (age 56) died in a carriage accident. His son George Crewe 8th Baronet (age 24) succeeded 8th Baronet Harpur of Calke Abbey in Derbyshire.

His son John Harpur Crewe 9th Baronet succeeded 9th Baronet Harpur of Calke Abbey in Derbyshire. Before 14 Oct 1846 John Harpur Crewe 9th Baronet and Eliza Lovell Lady Harpur were married. In 1886 John Harpur Crewe 9th Baronet died. His son Vauncey Harpur-Crewe 10th Baronet succeeded 10th Baronet Harpur of Calke Abbey in Derbyshire.

On 01 Jan 1844 George Crewe 8th Baronet (age 48) died at Calke Abbey [Map]. His son [his son] John Harpur Crewe 9th Baronet (age 20) succeeded 9th Baronet Harpur of Calke Abbey in Derbyshire.

In 1881 [his former wife] Jane Whitaker Lady Crewe (age 82) died.
