Before 1555 [her father] William West 1st Baron De La Warr (age 29) and [her mother] Elizabeth Strange Baroness De La Warr (age 30) were married.
In 1557 [her future husband] Ralph Sheldon (age 20) and Anne Throckmorton (age 17) were married.
Around 1558 Jane West was born to William West 1st Baron De La Warr (age 32) and Elizabeth Strange Baroness De La Warr (age 34).
On 05 Feb 1570 [her father] William West 1st Baron De La Warr (age 44) was created 1st Baron De La Warr. [her mother] Elizabeth Strange Baroness De La Warr (age 46) by marriage Baroness De La Warr.
On 09 Jun 1572 Thomas Wenman (age 24) and Jane West (age 14) were married at St Dunstan's in the West, Fleet Street [Map].
In 1573 [her son] Richard Wenman 1st Viscount Wenman was born to [her husband] Thomas Wenman (age 25) and Jane West (age 15).

On 23 Jul 1577 [her husband] Thomas Wenman (age 29) died. He left significant debts to the Crown requiring some of his lands to be sold. Eaton was sold to John Danvers (age 37) for £7700. [her son] Richard Wenman 1st Viscount Wenman (age 4) was made a ward of his mother Jane West (age 19) and Robert Dudley 1st Earl of Leicester (age 45). Robert Dudley 1st Earl of Leicester (age 45) sold his interest to James Cressy who subsequently married Jane West (age 19).
Around 05 May 1579 [her mother] Elizabeth Strange Baroness De La Warr (age 55) died.
On 30 Dec 1595 [her father] William West 1st Baron De La Warr (age 69) died. His son [her brother] Thomas West 2nd Baron De La Warr (age 39) succeeded 2nd Baron De La Warr. Anne Knollys Baroness De La Warr (age 40) by marriage Baroness De La Warr.
In or before 1596 [her son] Richard Wenman 1st Viscount Wenman (age 23) and [her daughter-in-law] Agnes Fermor (age 20) were married.
In Sep 1599 [her former brother-in-law] Francis Wenman of Caswell (age 44) died.
Before 29 Jan 1603 [her husband] Thomas Tasburgh (age 49) died.
In 1605 Ralph Sheldon (age 68) and Jane West (age 47) were married. The difference in their ages was 21 years.
