On 20 Apr 1647 John Hobart 2nd Baronet (age 54) died. His nephew [his son-in-law] John Hobart 3rd Baronet (age 19) succeeded 3rd Baronet Hobart of Intwood in Norfolk.

In 1664 [his former wife] Frances Egerton Lady Hobart died.
