After 1631 [his future brother-in-law] Thomas Lucas (age 52) and Mary Byron were married.
In or before 1634 Peter "The Post" Killigrew of Arwenack in Cornwall (age 41) and [his future sister-in-law] Mary Lucas (age 33) were married. He a great x 4 grandson of King Edward IV of England. 
On 06 May 1635 Edmund Pye 1st Baronet (age 28) and Catherine Lucas were married.
On 23 Apr 1641 Edmund Pye 1st Baronet (age 34) was created 1st Baronet Pye of Leckhampstead.
On 27 Apr 1641 Edmund Pye 1st Baronet (age 34) was knighted.

In 1661 Edmund Pye 1st Baronet (age 54) was elected MP Wycombe in the Cavalier Parliament.
In 1662 [his son-in-law] John Lovelace 3rd Baron Lovelace (age 21) and [his daughter] Martha Pye were married.
On 02 Jul 1671 [his brother-in-law] John Lucas 1st Baron Lucas Shenfield (age 64) died. His nephew Charles Lucas 2nd Baron Lucas Shenfield (age 40) succeeded 2nd Baron Lucas of Shenfield although technically illegitimate his parents had married after his birth.
On or before 28 Apr 1673 Edmund Pye 1st Baronet (age 66) died. Baronet Pye of Leckhampstead extinct. He was buried on 28 Apr 1673.
