Biography of Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet -1762

Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet was born to John Eyles 2nd Baronet and Mary Haskin Styles.

Around 1735 Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet and Sibella Egerton (age 23) were married.

On 14th November 1735 [his mother] Mary Haskin Styles died.

On 4th April 1739 Benjamin Haskins Styles died. His nephew Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet inherited his estate on the proviso he adopted the name Styles.

On 16th April 1741 [his son] John Haskins Eyles-Styles 4th Baronet was born to Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet and [his wife] Sibella Egerton (age 29).

In 1742 Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet was elected Fellow of the Royal Society.

On 16th January 1745 [his daughter] Mary Eyles-Styles was born to Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet and [his wife] Sibella Egerton (age 33).

On 11th March 1745 [his father] John Eyles 2nd Baronet (age 62) died. His son Francis succeeded 3rd Baronet Eyles of London.

The King has been, pleased, in Consideration of the, many great, and eminent Services rendered unto His Majesty by Charles Watson, Esq; deceased, late Vice Admiral of the Red Squadron of His Majesty's Fleet, and Commander in Chief of His Majesty's Ships in the East Indies, to grant unto Charles Watson (age 8), Esq. only Son of the said Charles Watson, and to his Heirs Male, the Dignity of a Baronet of the Kingdom of Great Britain.

The King has been pleased to constitute and appoint James Wallace, Esq; Sir Francis Haskins Eyles Stiles, Bart, the Hon. Horatio Townshend (age 42), Francis Vernon, Esqrs. Sir Roger Burgoyne (age 49), Bart. Robert Pell, Esq; together with John Rule, Esq. Commisioners for Victualling His Majesty's Navy Royal.

The King has been pleased to constitute and appoint John Paul Yvounet, Edward Montagu, Robert Coney, and John Cowsland, together with John Bridges the Younger, Esqrs. to be Commissioners for Appeals and regulating ths Duties of Excise.

On 26th January 1762 Francis Haskins Eyles-Stiles 3rd Baronet died. at Naples [Map]. His son [his son] John (age 20) succeeded 4th Baronet Eyles of London.

Before 23rd April 1763 [his former wife] Sibella Egerton (age 51) died.
