Before 11th September 1677 John Eden 2nd Baronet was born to Robert Eden 1st Baronet and Margaret Lambton. He was baptised on 11th September 1677.
On 25th February 1695 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 17) matriculated Queen's College, Oxford University.
In 1713 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 35) was elected MP County Durham unopposed succeeding [his father] his father at the 1713 General Election.
In 1714 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 36) was appointed Mayor of Hartlepool.
In 1715 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 37) was elected MP County Durham unopposed at the 1715 General Election.
On 31st January 1715 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 37) and Catherine Shafto were married. They were given Windlestone Hall, County Durham as a wedding gift.
On 15th November 1717 [his son] Robert Eden 3rd Baronet was born to John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 40) and [his wife] Catherine Shafto.
On 30th March 1721 [his father] Robert Eden 1st Baronet died. His son John (age 43) succeeded 2nd Baronet Eden of West Auckland.
In 1722 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 44) was elected MP County Durham in the 1722 General Election.
In 1722 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 44) was appointed Mayor of Hartlepool.
On 2nd May 1728 John Eden 2nd Baronet (age 50) died at Bath, Somerset [Map]. His son [his son] Robert (age 10) succeeded 3rd Baronet Eden of West Auckland.

The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.
