In 1729 [his father] John Rushout 4th Baronet (age 43) and [his mother] Anne Compton Lady Rushout were married. She the daughter of [his grandfather] George Compton 4th Earl of Northampton and [his grandmother] Jane Fox Countess Northampton.

On 23rd July 1738 John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick was born to John Rushout 4th Baronet (age 53) and Anne Compton Lady Rushout.

In 1761 John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 22) was elected MP Evesham which seat he held until 1796.

In or before 1767 John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 28) and Rebecca Bowles were married.

Around 1767 [his daughter] Anne Rushout was born to John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 28) and [his wife] Rebecca Bowles.

Around 1770 [his daughter] Harriet Rushout was born to John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 31) and [his wife] Rebecca Bowles.

On 16th February 1770 [his son] John Rushout 2nd Baron Northwick was born to John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 31) and [his wife] Rebecca Bowles.

On 30th July 1772 [his son] Reverend George Rushout-Bowles was born to John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 34) and [his wife] Rebecca Bowles.

On 2nd February 1775 [his father] John Rushout 4th Baronet (age 89) died. His son John (age 36) succeeded 5th Baronet Rushout of Northwick Park in Worcestershire.

In 1797 John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 58) was created 1st Baron Northwich of Northwick Park in Worcestershire.

The Chronicle of Walter of Guisborough, a canon regular of the Augustinian Guisborough Priory, Yorkshire, formerly known as The Chronicle of Walter of Hemingburgh, describes the period from 1066 to 1346. Before 1274 the Chronicle is based on other works. Thereafter, the Chronicle is original, and a remarkable source for the events of the time. This book provides a translation of the Chronicle from that date. The Latin source for our translation is the 1849 work edited by Hans Claude Hamilton. Hamilton, in his preface, says: "In the present work we behold perhaps one of the finest samples of our early chronicles, both as regards the value of the events recorded, and the correctness with which they are detailed; Nor will the pleasing style of composition be lightly passed over by those capable of seeing reflected from it the tokens of a vigorous and cultivated mind, and a favourable specimen of the learning and taste of the age in which it was framed." In 1799 John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 60) was elected Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London.

On 20th October 1800 John Rushout 1st Baron Northwick (age 62) died. His son [his son] John (age 30) succeeded 2nd Baron Northwich of Northwick Park in Worcestershire, 6th Baronet Rushout of Northwick Park in Worcestershire.
