Biography of William Scott 1459-1524

In or before 1459 [his father] John Scott Comptroller (age 36) and [his mother] Agnes Beaufitz were married.

In 1459 William Scott was born to John Scott Comptroller (age 36) and Agnes Beaufitz.

In 1462 William Scott (age 3) was appointed Warden of the Cinque Ports which post he held until 1463.

On 17 Oct 1485 [his father] John Scott Comptroller (age 62) died. He was buried in the north wall of the chancel of St Mary the Virgin's Church, Brabourne [Map].

In 1487 [his mother] Agnes Beaufitz died. She was buried at St Mary the Virgin's Church, Brabourne [Map].

In or before 1492 [his future brother-in-law] Roger Lewknor (age 23) and Eleanor Tuchet (age 21) were married.
