In 1687 [his grandfather] John St Aubyn 1st Baronet (age 42) died. His son [his father] John St Aubyn 2nd Baronet (age 16) succeeded 2nd Baronet St Aubyn of Clowance in Cornwall.

On 22 May 1695 [his father] John St Aubyn 2nd Baronet (age 24) and [his mother] Mary de la Hay were married.

On 27 Sep 1696 John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet was born to John St Aubyn 2nd Baronet (age 26) and Mary de la Hay.

On 20 Jun 1714 [his father] John St Aubyn 2nd Baronet (age 44) died. His son John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet (age 17) succeeded 3rd Baronet St Aubyn of Clowance in Cornwall.

On 10 Jun 1718 John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet (age 21) entered Exeter College, Oxford University as a gentleman-commoner. He was awarded MA on 19 Jul 1721.

In 1722 John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet (age 25) was elected MP Cornwall unopposed. He was re-elected unopposed in 1727, 1734 and 1741.

On 03 Oct 1725 John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet (age 29) and Catherine Morice Lady St Aubyn were married at St James' Church, Piccadilly. She brough £10,000 cash to the marriage, and the manor of Stoke-Damerel, including Devonport.

On 27 Jan 1726 [his father-in-law] Nicholas Morice 2nd Baronet (age 45) died. He was buried at Werrington, Devon on 07 Feb 1726 . His son [his brother-in-law] William Morice 3rd Baronet (age 19) succeeded 3rd Baronet Morice of Werrington in Devon.

Around 1730 [his daughter] Barbara St Aubyn Lady Molesworth was born to John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet (age 33) and [his wife] Catherine Morice Lady St Aubyn.

On 08 Sep 1731 [his brother-in-law] William Morice 3rd Baronet (age 24) and Lucy Wharton Lady Morice were married. She by marriage Lady Morice of Werrington in Devon. She the daughter of Thomas Wharton 1st Marquess Wharton.

On 16 Jun 1740 [his wife] Catherine Morice Lady St Aubyn died. She was buried at St Crewenna's Church, Crowan.

In or before 1741 [his former brother-in-law] William Morice 3rd Baronet (age 34) and Anna Bury Lady Morice were married. She by marriage Lady Morice of Werrington in Devon.

Around 20 Aug 1744 John St Aubyn 3rd Baronet (age 47) died at Pencarrow House, Cornwall. He was buried at St Crewenna's Church, Crowan on 23 Aug 1744. His son [his son] John St Aubyn 4th Baronet (age 17) succeeded 4th Baronet St Aubyn of Clowance in Cornwall.
