Biography of Nicholas Lawless 1st Baron Cloncurry 1735-1799

On 30 Oct 1735 Nicholas Lawless 1st Baron Cloncurry was born.

In 1776 Nicholas Lawless 1st Baron Cloncurry (age 40) was elected MP Lifford which seat he held until 1789.

In 1776 Nicholas Lawless 1st Baron Cloncurry (age 40) was created 1st Baronet Lawless of Abington in Limerick. [his wife] Margaret Browne Baroness Cloncurry (age 40) by marriage Lady Lawless of Abington in Limerick.

Before 28 Aug 1799 Nicholas Lawless 1st Baron Cloncurry (age 63) commissioned the building of Maretimo House and Lyons House.

On 28 Aug 1799 Nicholas Lawless 1st Baron Cloncurry (age 63) died. His son [his son] Valentine Lawless 2nd Baron Cloncurry (age 26) succeeded 2nd Baron Cloncurry of Cloncurry in Limerick, 2nd Baronet Lawless of Abington in Limerick.
