Around 1698 Francis Fane was born to [his father] Henry Fane of Brympton (age 29) and [his mother] Anne Scrope.

On 19th December 1726 [his father] Henry Fane of Brympton (age 57) died. He was buried at Westbury-on-Trym, Gloucestershire. [his brother] Thomas Fane 8th Earl of Westmoreland (age 25) inherited Fulbeck Hall.

In 1727 [his brother] Thomas Fane 8th Earl of Westmoreland (age 25) and [his sister-in-law] Elizabeth Swymmer Countess Westmoreland were married.
