Biography of Humphrey Hopper 1767-1844

In 1767 Humphrey Hopper was born at Wolsingham, County Durham [Map].

On 27th November 1828 Admiral Thomas Davy aka Spry (age 74) died at Tregoles, Truro. He was buried St Anthony's Church, St Anthony in Roseland [Map] where there is a monument to him and his wife Anna Maria Thomas of Tregolls, Cornwall (age 64) sculpted by Humphrey Hopper (age 61).

Anna Maria Thomas of Tregolls, Cornwall: Around 1764 she was born. On 9th February 1796 Commander Thomas Davy and she were married. On 21st September 1835 she died.

In 1844 Humphrey Hopper (age 77) died.
