Summary

31st December 1700. Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg extinct.

Charles Paulet 1st Duke Bolton (age 59) was created 1st Duke Bolton.

Charles Mordaunt 3rd Earl Peterborough 1st Earl Monmouth (age 31) was created 1st Earl Monmouth. Carey Fraser Countess Peterborough and Monmouth (age 29) by marriage Countess Monmouth.

Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg (age 62) was created 1st Earl Fauconberg. Mary Cromwell Countess Fauconberg (age 52) by marriage Countess Fauconberg.

William Bentinck 1st Earl of Portland (age 39) was created 1st Earl of Portland.

On 31st December 1700 Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg (age 73) died without issue. Earl Fauconberg extinct. His nephew Thomas succeeded 3rd Viscount Faunconberg, 4th Baronet Belasyse of Newborough. Bridget Gage Viscountess Fauconberg (age 25) by marriage Viscountess Faunconberg.

Summary

16th June 1756. Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg (age 57) created.

8th February 1774. Son Henry Belasyse 2nd Earl Fauconberg (age 31) succeeded.

23rd March 1802. Henry Belasyse 2nd Earl Fauconberg extinct.

On 16th June 1756 Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg (age 57) was created 1st Earl Fauconberg. Catherine Betham Countess Fauconberg by marriage Countess Fauconberg.

On 29th May 1766 Henry Belasyse 2nd Earl Fauconberg (age 24) and Charlotte Lamb Countess Fauconberg (age 23) were married. She by marriage Countess Fauconberg. He the son of Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg (age 67).

On 8th February 1774 Thomas Belasyse 1st Earl Fauconberg (age 74) died. His son Henry (age 31) succeeded 2nd Earl Fauconberg, 5th Viscount Faunconberg, 6th Baronet Belasyse of Newborough.

The Deeds of King Henry V, or in Latin Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.
