Deeds of King Henry V

Henrici Quinti, Angliæ Regis, Gesta, is a first-hand account of the Agincourt Campaign, and subsequent events to his death in 1422. The author of the first part was a Chaplain in King Henry's retinue who was present from King Henry's departure at Southampton in 1415, at the siege of Harfleur, the battle of Agincourt, and the celebrations on King Henry's return to London. The second part, by another writer, relates the events that took place including the negotiations at Troye, Henry's marriage and his death in 1422.

She the daughter of [her grandfather] Amadeus Savoy III Count Savoy (age 51) and [her grandmother] Mahaut Albon Countess Savoy. He the son of [her grandfather] Henry Burgundy Count Portugal and [her grandmother] Teresa Alfónsez Jiménez.

In 1148 Urraca Burgundy was born to [her father] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal (age 38) and [her mother] Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal (age 23).

On 21st August 1157 Alfonso VII King Castile VII King Leon (age 52) died. His son Sancho (age 23) succeeded III King Castile. His son [her future husband] Ferdinand (age 20) succeeded II King Leon.

On 3rd December 1157 [her mother] Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal (age 32) died.

Before 15th August 1171 Ferdinand II King Leon (age 34) and Urraca Burgundy (age 23) were married. She by marriage Queen Consort Leon. She the daughter of Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal (age 62) and Malfada Savoy Queen Consort Portugal. He the son of Alfonso VII King Castile VII King Leon and Berenguela Barcelona Queen Consort Castile and Leon. They were half second cousins.

On 15th August 1171 [her son] Alfonso IX King Leon was born to [her husband] Ferdinand II King Leon (age 34) and Urraca Burgundy (age 23). Coefficient of inbreeding 2.00%. He married (1) 1191 his first cousin Theresa of Portugal Queen Consort Leon, daughter of Sancho "Populator" I King Portugal and Dulce Barcelona Queen Consort Portugal, and had issue (2) 1197 his first cousin once removed Berengaria Ivrea I Queen Castile, daughter of Alfonso VIII King Castile and Eleanor Plantagenet Queen Consort Castile, and had issue.

On 6th December 1185 [her father] Afonso "Conqueror Founder Great" I King Portugal (age 76) died. His son [her brother] Sancho (age 31) succeeded I King Portugal and reigned for twenty six years.

On 22nd January 1188 [her husband] Ferdinand II King Leon (age 51) died. His son [her son] Alfonso (age 16) succeeded IX King Leon.

In 1191 [her son] Alfonso IX King Leon (age 19) and [her daughter-in-law] Theresa of Portugal Queen Consort Leon (age 15) were married. She by marriage Queen Consort Leon. She the daughter of [her brother] Sancho "Populator" I King Portugal (age 36) and Dulce Barcelona Queen Consort Portugal. He the son of [her former husband] Ferdinand II King Leon and Urraca Burgundy Queen Consort Leon (age 43). They were first cousins.

In 1536, two weeks after the execution of Anne Boleyn, her brother George and four others, Lancelot du Carle, wrote an extraordinary letter that described Anne's life, and her trial and execution, to which he was a witness. In 1197 [her son] Alfonso IX King Leon (age 25) and [her daughter-in-law] Berengaria Ivrea I Queen Castile (age 18) were married. She by marriage Queen Consort Leon. She the daughter of Alfonso VIII King Castile (age 41) and Eleanor Plantagenet Queen Consort Castile (age 35). He the son of [her former husband] Ferdinand II King Leon and Urraca Burgundy Queen Consort Leon (age 49). They were first cousin once removed. She a granddaughter of King Henry "Curtmantle" II of England.

In 1211 Urraca Burgundy (age 63) died.
