In 1536, two weeks after the execution of Anne Boleyn, her brother George and four others, Lancelot du Carle, wrote an extraordinary letter that described Anne's life, and her trial and execution, to which he was a witness. This book presents a new translation of that letter, with additional material from other contemporary sources such as Letters, Hall's and Wriothesley's Chronicles, the pamphlets of Wynkyn the Worde, the Memorial of George Constantyne, the Portuguese Letter and the Baga de Secrets, all of which are provided in Appendices.

Biography of Pope Innocent III 1160-1216

In 1160 (possibly 1161) Pope Innocent III was born.

On 22nd February 1192 Pope Innocent III (age 32) was consecrated Pope.

On 8th July 1198 Pope Innocent III (age 38) was appointed Pope.

On 7th June 1207 Archbishop Stephen Langton (age 57) was consecrated Archbishop of Canterbury at Viterbo [Map] by Pope Innocent III (age 47).

On 16th July 1216 Pope Innocent III (age 56) died.
