Baronet Stonhouse of Radley

Baronet Stonhouse of Radley is in Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1628 William Stonhouse 1st Baronet [aged 72] was created 1st Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1632 William Stonhouse 1st Baronet [aged 76] died. His son William [aged 31] succeeded 2nd Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

On 14th June 1632 William Stonhouse 2nd Baronet [aged 31] died. His brother George [aged 28] succeeded 3rd Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1670 George Stonhouse 1st and 3rd Baronet [aged 66] was created 1st Baronet Stonhouse of Radley. He was attempting to disinherit his eldest son George Stonhouse 4th Baronet [aged 32], for unknown reasons, by surrendering the original Baronetcy and creating a new one with remainder to his younger sons, and with the precedency of the original creation. The plan failed when his eldest son successfully claimed the original baronetcy, while his younger brother John succeeded in the baronetcy created by the new patent. The two Baronetcies were subsequently combined on the failure of the male line of George Stonhouse 4th Baronet.

On 31st March 1675 George Stonhouse 1st and 3rd Baronet [aged 71] died. His son George [aged 37] succeeded 4th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley. His son John [aged 36] succeeded 2nd Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

Around 1700 George Stonhouse 4th Baronet [aged 62] died. His son George succeeded 5th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1700 George Stonhouse 5th Baronet died. His son John succeeded 6th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1740 John Stonhouse 6th Baronet died. His second cousin John [aged 30] succeeded 7th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

Around 1767 John Stonhouse 7th and 4th Baronet [aged 57] died. His son John succeeded 8th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 5th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley. There is some uncertainty as to whether he inherited the Baronetcy so subsequent Baronets are sometimes numbered as if he didn't.

In 1770 John Stonhouse 8th and 5th Baronet died. His uncle William [aged 56] succeeded 9th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 6th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1777 William Stonhouse 9th and 6th Baronet [aged 63] died. His brother James [aged 58] succeeded 10th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 7th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1792 James Stonhouse 10th and 7th Baronet [aged 73] died. His second cousin James [aged 75] succeeded 11th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 8th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

On 8th December 1795 James Stonhouse 11th and 8th Baronet [aged 79] died. His son Thomas [aged 51] succeeded 12th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 9th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1810 Thomas Stonhouse 12th and 9th Baronet [aged 66] died. His nephew John [aged 13] succeeded 13th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 10th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

On 9th December 1848 John Brooke Stonhouse 13th and 10th Baronet [aged 51] died. His brother Timothy [aged 49] succeeded 14th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 11th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

On 30th January 1866 Timothy Vansittart Stonhouse 14th and 11th Baronet [aged 67] died. His son Henry [aged 38] succeeded 15th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 12th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1884 Henry Vansittart Stonhouse 15th and 12th Baronet [aged 56] died. His son Ernest [aged 28] succeeded 16th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 13th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

In 1937 Ernest Hay Stonhouse 16th and 13th Baronet [aged 81] died. His third cousin Arthur [aged 51] succeeded 17th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 14th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.

On 22nd November 1967 Arthur Allan Stonhouse 17th and 14th Baronet [aged 82] died. His son Philip [aged 51] succeeded 18th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley, 15th Baronet Stonhouse of Radley.
