In this yere was arreigned, condempned and burned, for affirming opinions, contrary to the syxe artycles, foure persones, that is to saye, Anne Askew [aged 25] Gentlewoman, Jhon Lacelles a Gentleman, Nicholas Otterden Prieste, and Thon Adlam a Taylor: all these were burned in Smithfelde, the. XVI day of Iuly: and because the whole processe of their matters is by diverse wryters set furth, therfore I passe itover.
