In 1869 Beatrice Parsons was born in Peckham, Surrey. She attended the Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls and studied at King's College London, before attending the Royal Academy Schools, where she won three prizes.

On 2nd November 1752 Bishop Philip Twysden [aged 39] died at Jermyn Street. Possibly East Peckham, Surrey [Map]. Somewhat curously his death was embroiled in a scandal that suggested he had, as a result of his impeecunious situation, been shot whilst attempting to rob a stagecoch.

After Maidstone the river flows past Aylesford, Kent [Map], Burnham Causewayed Enclosure [Map] and Wouldham, Kent [Map] to Rochester, Kent [Map].
Diary of Isabella Twysden: Introduction. 3rd August 1563. Sir Roger was arrested in April 1642 and imprisoned by the Parliament for his share in supporting the Petition of Kent, which asked that all things should be done according to law. His estates were sequestrated and Lady Isabella was granted a fifth part of the incomings for her maintenance at Roydon Hall. His Journal is printed in the first four volumes of Archceologia Cantiana. In Additional MSS. 34161 there is a letter written by Sir Roger, dated May 1642.
In 1657 Isabella Saunders [aged 52] died. She was buried at St Michael's Church East Peckham.
Around 1430 Richard Culpepper was born to William Culpepper [aged 43] and Elizabeth Ferrers [aged 40] at West Peckham, Surrey. He married 1. before 1450 Sibyl Unknown and had issue 2. before 1479 Isabel Worsley and had issue.
Around 1387 William Culpepper was born to John Culpepper [aged 21] at Oxenheath West Peckham, Surrey. He married Elizabeth Ferrers, daughter of William Ferrers 5th Baron Ferrers of Groby and Philippa Clifford, and had issue.
On 20th July 1457 William Culpepper [aged 70] died at Oxenheath West Peckham, Surrey.
