In 1734 [his father] Philip Medows (age 26) and [his mother] Frances Pierrepont (age 21) were married. On the day of her 21st birthday she attended the opera. During the interval she eloped much to the disapproval of her aunt Mary Wortley-Montagu née Pierrepont (age 44) who had eloped in 1712.
On 04 Nov 1737 Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers was born to Philip Medows (age 29) and Frances Pierrepont (age 24).
On 14 Mar 1774 Charles Medows aka Pierrepont 1st Earl Manvers (age 36) and Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 27) were married at St Mary Magdalene Church, Richmond [Map].

His son [his son] Charles Herbert Pierrepont 2nd Earl Manvers (age 37) succeeded 2nd Earl Manvers, 2nd Viscount Newark, 2nd Baron Pierrepont of Holme Pierrepoint. [his daughter-in-law] Mary Laetitia Eyre Countess Manvers (age 31) by marriage Countess Manvers.
On or before 30 Aug 1823 [his former wife] Anne Mills Countess Manvers (age 76) died. She was buried at the Church of St Edmund Holme Pierrepoint [Map].
In or after 1852 the contents of the Crypt of the Church of St Edmund Holme Pierrepoint [Map] were listed with a diagram by the Reverend James Cleaver, Rector of Holme Pierrepont, as follows:
