In 1796 Georgiana Carolina Dashwood Lady Astley was born to Henry Watkin Dashwood 3rd Baronet (age 50) and Helen Graham (age 33).
In 1819 Jacob Astley 16th Baron Hastings (age 21) and Georgiana Carolina Dashwood Lady Astley (age 23) were married. She by marriage Lady Astley of Hill Morton.
On 21st March 1822 [her son] Jacob Henry Delaval Astley 17th Baron Hastings was born to [her husband] Jacob Astley 16th Baron Hastings (age 24) and Georgiana Carolina Dashwood Lady Astley (age 26).
On 24th March 1825 [her son] Delaval Loftus Astley 18th Baron Hastings was born to [her husband] Jacob Astley 16th Baron Hastings (age 27) and Georgiana Carolina Dashwood Lady Astley (age 29).

On 10th June 1828 [her father] Henry Watkin Dashwood 3rd Baronet (age 82) died. His son [her half-brother] George (age 41) succeeded 4th Baronet Dashwood of Kirtlington Park in Oxfordshire.
On 24th June 1829 Georgiana Carolina Dashwood Lady Astley (age 33) eloped with Captain Thomas Garth (age 28).

The Chronicle of Geoffrey le Baker of Swinbroke. Baker was a secular clerk from Swinbroke, now Swinbrook, an Oxfordshire village two miles east of Burford. His Chronicle describes the events of the period 1303-1356: Gaveston, Bannockburn, Boroughbridge, the murder of King Edward II, the Scottish Wars, Sluys, Crécy, the Black Death, Winchelsea and Poitiers. To quote Herbert Bruce 'it possesses a vigorous and characteristic style, and its value for particular events between 1303 and 1356 has been recognised by its editor and by subsequent writers'. The book provides remarkable detail about the events it describes. Baker's text has been augmented with hundreds of notes, including extracts from other contemporary chronicles, such as the Annales Londonienses, Annales Paulini, Murimuth, Lanercost, Avesbury, Guisborough and Froissart to enrich the reader's understanding. The translation takes as its source the 'Chronicon Galfridi le Baker de Swynebroke' published in 1889, edited by Edward Maunde Thompson. Available at Amazon in eBook and Paperback.

In 1835 Georgiana Carolina Dashwood Lady Astley (age 39) died of scarlet fever at King's Bench Prison [Map].
On 27th December 1859 [her former husband] Jacob Astley 16th Baron Hastings (age 62) died. His son [her son] Jacob (age 37) succeeded 17th Baron Hastings, 7th Baronet Astley of Hill Morton.
