On 19th December 1819 [his father] Vice-Admiral Thomas Francis Fremantle [aged 54] died.

On 30th January 1830 [his son] Thomas Fremantle 2nd Baron Cottesloe was born to Thomas Fremantle 1st Baron Cottesloe [aged 31] and [his wife] Louisa Elizabeth Nugent Baroness Cottesloe [aged 27]. He married 1859 Augusta Henrietta Scott Baroness Cottesloe, daughter of John Scott 2nd Earl Eldon and Louisa Duncombe Countess Eldon, and had issue.
On 25th October 1853 [his son-in-law] William Brodrick 8th Viscount Midleton [aged 23] and [his daughter] Augusta Mary Fremantle were married.
In 1859 [his son] Thomas Fremantle 2nd Baron Cottesloe [aged 28] and [his daughter-in-law] Augusta Henrietta Scott Baroness Cottesloe were married. She the daughter of John Scott 2nd Earl Eldon and Louisa Duncombe Countess Eldon.

[Note. Emily Paget Countess Sydney [aged 63] by marriage Countess Sydney of Scadbury in Kent.]

In 1875 [his wife] Louisa Elizabeth Nugent Baroness Cottesloe [aged 72] died.
William of Worcester's Chronicle of England
William of Worcester, born around 1415, and died around 1482 was secretary to John Fastolf, the renowned soldier of the Hundred Years War, during which time he collected documents, letters, and wrote a record of events. Following their return to England in 1440 William was witness to major events. Twice in his chronicle he uses the first person: 1. when writing about the murder of Thomas, 7th Baron Scales, in 1460, he writes '… and I saw him lying naked in the cemetery near the porch of the church of St. Mary Overie in Southwark …' and 2. describing King Edward IV's entry into London in 1461 he writes '… proclaimed that all the people themselves were to recognize and acknowledge Edward as king. I was present and heard this, and immediately went down with them into the city'. William’s Chronicle is rich in detail. It is the source of much information about the Wars of the Roses, including the term 'Diabolical Marriage' to describe the marriage of Queen Elizabeth Woodville’s brother John’s marriage to Katherine, Dowager Duchess of Norfolk, he aged twenty, she sixty-five or more, and the story about a paper crown being placed in mockery on the severed head of Richard, 3rd Duke of York.

On 3rd December 1890 Thomas Fremantle 1st Baron Cottesloe [aged 92] died. His son Thomas [aged 60] succeeded 2nd Baron Cottesloe of Swanbourne and Hardwick in Buckinghamshire, 2nd Baronet Fremantle of Swanborne in Buckinghamshire. Augusta Scott by marriage Augusta Henrietta Scott Baroness Cottesloe.
[his daughter] Augusta Mary Fremantle was born to Thomas Fremantle 1st Baron Cottesloe and Louisa Elizabeth Nugent Baroness Cottesloe. She married 25th October 1853 William Brodrick 8th Viscount Midleton, son of William Brodrick 7th Viscount Midleton and Harriet Brodrick, and had issue.
