Louise Jopling nee Goode 1843-1933

On 16th November 1843 Louise Jopling nee Goode was born to Thomas Smith Goode in Manchester, Lancashire.

Around 1860 Francis "Frank" Romer and Louise Jopling nee Goode [aged 16] were married.

In 1872 [her husband] Francis "Frank" Romer died.

In 1874 Joseph Middleton Jopling [aged 43] and Louise Jopling nee Goode [aged 30] were married.

Joseph Middleton Jopling: In 1831 he was born. In 1874 he and Louise Jopling nee Goode were married. In 1884 he died.

Evelina de Rothschild: On 25th August 1839 she was born to Lionel Nathan de Rothschild and Charlotte von Rothschild. On 7th June 1865 Ferdinand de Rothschild and she were married. She died eighteen months later in childbirth. They were second cousins. On 4th December 1866 Evelina de Rothschild died in childbirth after giving birth to their first child, a stillborn son.

Anne Boleyn. Her Life as told by Lancelot de Carle's 1536 Letter.

In 1536, two weeks after the execution of Anne Boleyn, her brother George and four others, Lancelot du Carle, wrote an extraordinary letter that described Anne's life, and her trial and execution, to which he was a witness. This book presents a new translation of that letter, with additional material from other contemporary sources such as Letters, Hall's and Wriothesley's Chronicles, the pamphlets of Wynkyn the Worde, the Memorial of George Constantyne, the Portuguese Letter and the Baga de Secrets, all of which are provided in Appendices.
