On 26th February 1547 Richard Rich 1st Baron Rich [aged 50] was created 1st Baron Rich of Leez. Elizabeth Jenks Baroness Rich [aged 37] by marriage Baroness Rich of Leez.

On 12th June 1567 Richard Rich 1st Baron Rich [aged 70] died at Rochford, Essex. His son Robert [aged 30] succeeded 2nd Baron Rich of Leez. Elizabeth Baldry Baroness Rich Leez [aged 29] by marriage Baroness Rich of Leez.

In 1581 Robert Rich 2nd Baron Rich of Leez [aged 44] died. In 1581 His son Robert [aged 21] succeeded 3rd Baron Rich of Leez.

On 10th January 1581 Robert Rich 1st Earl Warwick [aged 21] and Penelope Devereux Countess Devonshire [aged 18] were married. She by marriage Baroness Rich of Leez. She the daughter of Walter Devereux 1st Earl Essex and Lettice Knollys Countess Essex and Leicester [aged 37].

In 1616 Robert Rich 1st Earl Warwick [aged 56] and Frances Wray Countess Warwick were married. She by marriage Baroness Rich of Leez.

On 20th March 1619 Robert Rich 1st Earl Warwick [aged 59] died. His son Robert [aged 31] succeeded 2nd Earl Warwick, 4th Baron Rich of Leez. Frances Hatton Countess Warwick [aged 29] by marriage Countess Warwick.

He was buried at St Lawrence's Church, Snarford [Map]. Unusual head and shoulder portrait sculpture of deceased full face, with a profile of his wife Frances Wray Countess Warwick behind, set in a circular medallion. To either side are pelleted Pilasters supporting an entablature with scrolled Cartouche of arms and flanked by heraldic supporters. The whole is painted and gilded and beneath is a panel containing an inscribed poem. Above his Arms implaled with hers. His are quartered 1&4 Rich Arms 2&3 Baldry Arms (his mother), hers quartered 1&4 Wray 2&3 Unknown. the monument is perhaps the work of Epiphanius Evesham. Sculpted by Epiphanius Evesham.

On 19th April 1658 Robert Rich 2nd Earl Warwick [aged 70] died. His son Robert [aged 46] succeeded 3rd Earl Warwick, 5th Baron Rich of Leez.

On 29th May 1659 Robert Rich 3rd Earl Warwick [aged 47] died. His brother Charles [aged 44] succeeded 4th Earl Warwick, 6th Baron Rich of Leez. Mary Boyle Countess Warwick [aged 33] by marriage Countess Warwick.

On 24th August 1673 Charles Rich 4th Earl Warwick [aged 58] died. His first cousin Robert [aged 54] succeeded 5th Earl Warwick, 7th Baron Rich of Leez. Anne Montagu Countess Warwick and Holland by marriage Countess Warwick.

On 16th April 1675 Robert Rich 5th Earl Warwick 2nd Earl Holland [aged 56] died. His son Edward [aged 2] succeeded 6th Earl Warwick, 3rd Earl Holland, 8th Baron Rich of Leez.

On 31st July 1710 Edward Rich 6th Earl Warwick 3rd Earl Holland [aged 37] died. His son Edward [aged 12] succeeded 7th Earl Warwick, 4th Earl Holland, 9th Baron Rich of Leez.

On 16th August 1721 Edward Rich 7th Earl Warwick 4th Earl Holland [aged 23] died. His second cousin Edward [aged 26] succeeded 8th Earl Warwick, 5th Earl Holland, 10th Baron Rich of Leez. Mary Stanton Countess Warwick and Holland by marriage Countess Warwick, Countess Holland.

On 7th September 1759 Edward Richard 8th Earl Warwick 5th Earl Holland [aged 64] died without male issue. He was buried at St Mary Abbots Church, Kensington. Earl Warwick, Earl Holland, and Baron Rich of Leez extinct.
