In 1843 Emma Sandys was born to Anthony Sands [aged 37] and Mary Ann Brown. Note she was some fourteen years younger than her brother Frederick Sandys [aged 13]. Named Mary Ann Emma Sands at birth.
On 28th May 1853 Frederick Sandys [aged 24] and [her sister-in-law] Georgiana Creed [aged 28] were married at St Pancras Old Church [Map]. He the son of [her father] Anthony Sands [aged 47] and [her mother] Mary Ann Brown.

In 1863 Frederick Sandys [aged 33] and [her sister-in-law] Georgiana Creed [aged 37] were divorced; or, he petitioned for divorce. It may not have been completed.

In November 1877 Emma Sandys [aged 34] died.
