In 1631 [his mother] Frances Peyton [aged 35] died.
On 20th June 1632 [his father] Miles Hobart [aged 37] died having been fatally injured in a carriage accident on Holborn Hill.
In 1647 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 18] and Philippa Hobart [aged 11] were married. They were first cousins. She a great x 5 granddaughter of King Henry VII of England and Ireland.
On 20th April 1647 [his uncle] John Hobart 2nd Baronet [aged 54] died. His nephew John [aged 19] succeeded 3rd Baronet Hobart of Intwood in Norfolk.
In 1654 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 25] was elected MP Norfolk in the First Protectorate Parliament.
On or before 19th January 1655 [his wife] Philippa Hobart [aged 19] died. She was buried on 19th January 1655.
In 1656 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 27] was elected MP Norfolk in the Second Protectorate Parliament.
In June 1656 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 28] and Mary Hampden [aged 26] were married at St Giles' Field Holborn.
In 1657 [his son] Henry Hobart 4th Baronet was born to John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 28] and [his sister-in-law] Anne Hampden [aged 32]. He married 9th July 1684 Elizabeth Maynard Lady Hobart and had issue.
In 1661 [his daughter] Philippa Hobart was born to John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 32] and [his sister-in-law] Anne Hampden [aged 36]. She married 28th April 1680 Charles Pye 2nd Baronet, son of John Pye 1st Baronet.
In 1667 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 38] was appointed High Sheriff of Norfolk.
In 1671 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 42] hosted King Charles II of England Scotland and Ireland [aged 40] at
In 1673 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 44] was elected MP Norfolk in the Cavalier Parliament which seat he held until February 1679.
In May 1679 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 51] was elected MP Norfolk which seat he held until his death.
Around 28th April 1680 [his son-in-law] Charles Pye 2nd Baronet [aged 20] and [his daughter] Philippa Hobart [aged 19] were married.
In 1683 [his daughter] Philippa Hobart [aged 22] died.
On 22nd August 1683 John Hobart 3rd Baronet [aged 55] died. His son Henry [aged 26] succeeded 4th Baronet Hobart of Intwood in Norfolk.
Before 2nd May 1689 [his former wife] Mary Hampden [aged 59] died.
