On or before 24th January 1687 Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet was born to Robert Jenkinson 2nd Baronet [aged 32]. He was baptised at Charlbury, Oxfordshire on 24th January 1687.
On 18th February 1703 Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet [aged 16] matriculated Trinity College, Oxford University.
In 1705 Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet [aged 17] was admitted to Lincoln's Inn and called to the bar in 1713.
On 30th January 1710 [his father] Robert Jenkinson 2nd Baronet [aged 55] died. His son [his brother] Robert [aged 24] succeeded 3rd Baronet Jenkinson of Walcot in Oxfordshire and of Hawkesbury in Gloucestershire.
On 29th October 1717 Robert Jenkinson 3rd Baronet [aged 31] died. His brother Robert [aged 30] succeeded 4th Baronet Jenkinson of Walcot in Oxfordshire and of Hawkesbury in Gloucestershire.
On 4th December 1717 Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet [aged 30] was elected MP Oxfordshire at a by-election. He was returned unopposed in 1722 and held the seat until 1727 when he didn't stand for election.
On 12th June 1718 Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet [aged 31] and Catherine Dashwood Lady Jenkinson [aged 25] were married. She by marriage Lady Jenkinson of Walcot in Oxfordshire and of Hawkesbury in Gloucestershire.
On or before 13th August 1720 [his son] Robert Jenkinson 5th Baronet was born to Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet [aged 33] and [his wife] Catherine Dashwood Lady Jenkinson [aged 27]. He was baptised on 13th August 1720 at St Mary's Church, Charlbury.
In 1721 [his son] Banks Jenkinson 6th Baronet was born to Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet [aged 33] and [his wife] Catherine Dashwood Lady Jenkinson [aged 28].
On 2nd July 1738 Robert Bankes Jenkinson 4th Baronet [aged 51] died of consumption. His son Robert [aged 17] succeeded 5th Baronet Jenkinson of Walcot in Oxfordshire and of Hawkesbury in Gloucestershire.
