On 28th December 1814 Charles Rickets aka Aubrey died. At his death the estates passed (under the 1826 will of Sir John Aubrey 6th Baronet [aged 75]) to his third cousin once removed, Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet, a descendant of Elizabeth Aubrey, who changed his surname from Fletcher to Aubrey-Fletcher.
Before 24th October 1835 [his father] Henry Fletcher 3rd Baronet [aged 28] and [his mother] Emily Maria Browne Lady Fletcher were married. She by marriage Lady Fletcher of Clea Hall in Cumberland.
On 24th October 1835 Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet was born to Henry Fletcher 3rd Baronet [aged 28] and Emily Maria Browne Lady Fletcher.
On 6th September 1851 [his father] Henry Fletcher 3rd Baronet [aged 43] died. His son Henry [aged 15] succeeded 4th Baronet Fletcher of Clea Hall in Cumberland.
In 1880 Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet [aged 44] was elected MP Horsham which seat he held until 1885.
In 1885 Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet [aged 49] was elected MP Lewes which seat he held until his death in 1910.

In 1900 Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet [aged 64] was appointed Companion of the Order of the Bath.
In December 1901 Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet [aged 66] was appointed to the Privy Council.

In 1903 Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet [aged 67] changed his surname under Royal Licence to Henry Aubrey-Fletcher to reflect his inheritance from the Aubrey estate.
On 19th May 1910 Henry Aubrey-Fletcher 4th Baronet [aged 74] died without issue. His brother Lancelot [aged 64] succeeded 5th Baronet Fletcher of Clea Hall in Cumberland. He changed his surname under Royal Licence to Henry Aubrey-Fletcher to reflect his inheritance from the Aubrey estate. Emily Harriet Wade Lady Fletcher by marriage Lady Fletcher of Clea Hall in Cumberland.
