On 11th February 1752 [his father] Paul Pechell 1st Baronet [aged 27] and [his mother] Mary Brooke Lady Pechell were married.
On 23rd January 1753 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet was born to Paul Pechell 1st Baronet [aged 28] and Mary Brooke Lady Pechell.
In or after 1754 Augustus Pechell of Berkhampstead in Hertfordshire was born to Paul Pechell 1st Baronet [aged 29] and Mary Brooke Lady Pechell. Some sources state his birth as 1752 which is inconsistent with his brother Thomas succeeding as second Baronet.
On 30th May 1771 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 18] matriculated Christ Church College, Oxford University. He was awarded BA in 1775, MA in 1779.
On 28th April 1783 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 30] and Charlotte Clavering Lady Pechell [aged 24] were married.
On 1st September 1785 [his son] Samuel John Brooke-Pechell 3rd Baronet was born to Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 32] and [his wife] Charlotte Clavering Lady Pechell [aged 26]. He married 15th April 1833 Julia Maria Petre Lady Brooke-Pechell, daughter of Robert Edward Petre 9th Baron Petre and Juliana Barbara Howard Baroness Petre.
On 30th June 1789 [his son] George Brooke-Pechell 4th Baronet was born to Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 36] and [his wife] Charlotte Clavering Lady Pechell [aged 30]. He married 1st August 1826 Katharine Anabella Bisshop Lady Brooke-Pechell, daughter of Cecil Bishopp 12th Baron Zouche, and had issue.
In 1795 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 41] was appointed Gentleman Usher to Charlotte Mecklenburg Strelitz Queen Consort England [aged 50].
On 13th January 1800 [his father] Paul Pechell 1st Baronet [aged 75] died. His son Thomas [aged 46] succeeded 2nd Baronet Pechell of Paglesham in Essex. [his wife] Charlotte Clavering Lady Pechell [aged 41] by marriage Lady Pechell of Paglesham in Essex.
In October 1800 [his mother] Mary Brooke Lady Pechell died.
Chronicle of Geoffrey le Baker of Swinbroke
Baker was a secular clerk from Swinbroke, now Swinbrook, an Oxfordshire village two miles east of Burford. His Chronicle describes the events of the period 1303-1356: Gaveston, Bannockburn, Boroughbridge, the murder of King Edward II, the Scottish Wars, Sluys, Crécy, the Black Death, Winchelsea and Poitiers. To quote Herbert Bruce 'it possesses a vigorous and characteristic style, and its value for particular events between 1303 and 1356 has been recognised by its editor and by subsequent writers'. The book provides remarkable detail about the events it describes. Baker's text has been augmented with hundreds of notes, including extracts from other contemporary chronicles, such as the Annales Londonienses, Annales Paulini, Murimuth, Lanercost, Avesbury, Guisborough and Froissart to enrich the reader's understanding. The translation takes as its source the 'Chronicon Galfridi le Baker de Swynebroke' published in 1889, edited by Edward Maunde Thompson.

On 22nd November 1800 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 47] changed his surname by Royal Licence from Pechell to Brooke-Pechell in accordance with his [his mother] mother's will.
In April 1813 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 60] was elected MP Downton which seat he held until 1818.
In February 1819 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 66] was elected MP Downton which seat he held until 1826.
On 18th June 1826 Thomas Brooke-Pechell 2nd Baronet [aged 73] died. His son Samuel [aged 40] succeeded 3rd Baronet Brooke-Pechell of Paglesham in Essex.
On 23rd October 1841 [his former wife] Charlotte Clavering Lady Pechell [aged 82] died at Hampton Court Palace, Richmond [Map].
