On 3rd September 1846 [his son-in-law] Arthur Rivers Malet [aged 39] and [his daughter] Mary Sophia Willoughby [aged 16] were married. The difference in their ages was 23 years.
On 29th July 1847 John Pollard Willoughby 4th Baronet [aged 48] was elected MP Evesham which seat he held until 7th July 1852.
