On 14th March 1644 Francis Hawley 1st Baron Hawley [aged 36] was created 1st Baronet Hawley of Buckland in Somerset.

On 22nd December 1684 Francis Hawley 1st Baron Hawley [aged 76] died. His grandson Francis [aged 11] succeeded 2nd Baron Hawley of Donsmore, 2nd Baronet Hawley of Buckland in Somerset.

On 30th May 1743 Francis Hawley 2nd Baron Hawley [aged 70] died. His son Francis [aged 25] succeeded 3rd Baron Hawley of Donsmore, 3rd Baronet Hawley of Buckland in Somerset.

In 1772 Francis Hawley 3rd Baron Hawley [aged 54] died. His brother Samuel [aged 53] succeeded 4th Baron Hawley of Donsmore, 4th Baronet Hawley of Buckland in Somerset.

In 1790 Samuel Hawley 4th Baron Hawley [aged 71] died. Baron Hawley of Donsmore, Baronet Hawley of Buckland in Somerset extinct.

On 29th March 1831 Henry Hawley 2nd Baronet [aged 54] died. His son Joseph [aged 16] succeeded 3rd Baronet Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent.

On 20th April 1875 Joseph Hawley 3rd Baronet [aged 60] died. His brother Henry [aged 51] succeeded 4th Baronet Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent.

On 16th February 1877 Henry James Hawley 4th Baronet [aged 53] died. His nephew Henry [aged 28] succeeded 5th Baronet Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent.

On 21st July 1909 Henry Michael Hawley 5th Baronet [aged 61] died. His son Henry [aged 32] succeeded 6th Baronet Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent.

On 18th November 1923 Henry Cusack Hawyley 6th Baronet [aged 46] died. His nephew David [aged 10] succeeded 7th Baronet Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent.

On 28th September 1938 David Hawley 7th Baronet [aged 25] and Hermione Gregson Lady Hawley [aged 23] were married. She by marriage Lady Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent.

On 19th March 1988 David Hawley 7th Baronet [aged 74] died. His son Henry [aged 48] succeeded 8th Baronet Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent.

On 10th January 2015 Henry Nicholas Hawley 8th Baronet [aged 75] died. Baronet Hawley of Leybourne Grange in Kent extinct.
