On 1st August 1601 [his father] John Hoskyns of Hereford [aged 35] and [his mother] Benedicta Moyle were married. They had three sons (two of whom predeceased him) and one daughter.
In 1609 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet was born to John Hoskyns of Hereford [aged 42] and Benedicta Moyle.
On 6th October 1625 [his mother] Benedicta Moyle died.
On 10th December 1627 [his father] John Hoskyns of Hereford [aged 61] and Isabel Riseley were married. There was no issue from the marriage.
Before 23rd July 1634 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 25] and Anne Bingley were married.
On 23rd July 1634 [his son] John Hoskyns 2nd Baronet was born to Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 25] and [his wife] Anne Bingley. He married in or before 1675 Jane Lowe Lady Hoskyns and had issue.
On 27th August 1638 [his father] John Hoskyns of Hereford [aged 72] died.
In April 1640 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 31] was elected MP Wendover.
In 1645 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 36] was elected MP Hereford but was excluded in Pride's Purge.

In 1654 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 45] was elected MP Hereford.
In 1656 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 47] was elected MP Herefordshire.
In 1659 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 50] was elected MP Herefordshire.
In or before 1675 [his son] John Hoskyns 2nd Baronet [aged 40] and [his daughter-in-law] Jane Lowe Lady Hoskyns were married.
On 18th December 1676 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 67] was created 1st Baronet Hoskyns of Harewood in Herefordshire.
In 1680 Bennet Hoskyns 1st Baronet [aged 71] died. His son John [aged 45] succeeded 2nd Baronet Hoskyns of Harewood in Herefordshire. Jane Lowe Lady Hoskyns by marriage Lady Hoskyns of Harewood in Herefordshire.
