Before 1490 [his son-in-law] John Clinton 7th Baron Clinton [aged 19] and [his daughter] Elizabeth Morgan Baroness Clinton were married. She by marriage Baroness Clinton.

On 4th November 1661 [his father] William Morgan [aged 21] and [his mother] Blanche Morgan were married. She brought a huge dowry to the marriage enabling the building of Tredegar House, Monmouthshire.

On 4th January 1671 John Morgan of Tredegar was born to William Morgan [aged 31] and Blanche Morgan.

In 1680 [his father] William Morgan [aged 40] died. [his brother] Thomas Morgan [aged 15] inherited Tredegar House, Monmouthshire.

In 1699 [his daughter] Martha Morgan Countess of Oxford and Mortimer was born to John Morgan of Tredegar [aged 27] and [his future wife] Martha Vaughan. She married 16th March 1725 Edward Harley 3rd Earl of Oxford and Earl Mortimer and had issue.

Before 1700 John Morgan of Tredegar [aged 28] and Martha Vaughan were married.

On 8th March 1700 [his son] William Morgan was born to John Morgan of Tredegar [aged 29] and [his wife] Martha Vaughan. He married 1724 Rachel Cavendish, daughter of William Cavendish 2nd Duke Devonshire and Rachel Russell Duchess Devonshire.

On 16th September 1700 [his brother] Thomas Morgan [aged 36] died of smallpox. John Morgan of Tredegar [aged 29] inherited Tredegar House, Monmouthshire and estates worth £7000.

In 1701 John Morgan of Tredegar [aged 29] was elected MP Monmouthshire.

On 20th May 1702 [his son] Thomas Morgan of Rhiwpera was born to John Morgan of Tredegar [aged 31] and [his wife] Martha Vaughan.

On 7th March 1720 John Morgan of Tredegar [aged 49] died. [his son] William Morgan [aged 19] inherited Tredegar House, Monmouthshire.

On 15th October 1720 [his former wife] Martha Vaughan died.

[his daughter] Elizabeth Morgan Baroness Clinton was born to John Morgan of Tredegar and Martha Vaughan. She married before 1490 John Clinton 7th Baron Clinton, son of John Clinton 6th Baron Clinton and Anne Stafford Baroness Clinton, and had issue.
