On 20th May 1742 [his father] Henry Fane [aged 38] and Anne Wynne were married. She the daughter of Bishop John Wynne [aged 75] and Anne Pugh [aged 49].

In September 1748 [his father] Henry Fane [aged 44] and [his mother] Charlotte Luther were married.

On 5th December 1752 Francis Fane was born to Henry Fane [aged 49] and Charlotte Luther.

On 18th April 1758 [his mother] Charlotte Luther died. She was buried at Lewknor, Oxfordshire.

In 1768 Francis Fane [aged 15] graduated at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University.

On 31st May 1777 [his father] Henry Fane [aged 73] died.

On 11th June 1777 Francis Fane [aged 24] was elected MP Lyme Regis.

In 1790 Francis Fane [aged 37] was elected MP Dorchester.
