This is regarded as a new creation rather than a continuation of the previous creation Baron Burgh since Thomas's father was never summoned to Parliament due to his insanity. Some sources refer to Thomas as the 3rd Baron Burgh.

On 18 Oct 1539 [her father] Edmund Braye 1st Baron Braye (age 55) died. His son [her brother] John Braye 2nd Baron Braye succeeded 2nd Baron Braye. As a minor he was placed under the wardship of Francis Talbot 5th Earl of Shrewsbury (age 39). He would later marry Talbot's daughter Anne Talbot Baroness Braye and Wharton (age 15).

22 Jan 1543. Once William Parr 1st Marquess Northampton (age 31) and Anne Bourchier 7th Baroness Bourchier (age 26) did live together both commenced affairs. She with John Lyngfield, prior of St. James's Church [Map], in Tanbridge, Surrey [Source. Wikipedia. However, there is no church of St James in Tandbridge?], by whom she had an illegitimate child named John Parr. He with Dorothy Braye Baroness Chandos and Knollys (age 19). To protect the interest of his subsequent children Parr (age 31) pursued legislation to disinherit her child.

In 1546 Edmund Brydges 2nd Baron Chandos (age 24) and Dorothy Braye Baroness Chandos and Knollys (age 22) were married.

On 12 Apr 1557 [her father-in-law] John Brydges 1st Baron Chandos (age 65) died at Sudeley Castle [Map]. On 24 Oct 1558 [her mother] Jane Halwell Baroness Bray died.

Around 1559 [her brother-in-law] Charles Brydges (age 33) and Jane Carne were married. They were uncle and niece.

Lady Margaret Strange married Henry Stanley Lord Strange (age 30) on 07 Feb 1555. In 1561 he had not succeeded to Earldom of Derby and was known by the courtesy title Lord Strange. She is listed first since she was one of the few remaining direct descendants of Henry VII, being a great-granddaughter by his daughter Mary Tudor. Margaret Clifford (age 22) was first in line to succeed in 1568 but died in 1596 before Elizabeth I.

On 23 Dec 1605 [her former husband] William Knollys 1st Earl Banbury (age 61) and Elizabeth Howard Countess Banbury (age 22) were married. She by marriage Baroness Knollys. The difference in their ages was 39 years. She the daughter of Thomas Howard 1st Earl Suffolk (age 44) and Catherine Knyvet Countess Suffolk (age 41). They were third cousin once removed.

On 25 May 1632 [her former husband] William Knollys 1st Earl Banbury (age 88) died. His eldest son His brother Edward Knollys de jure 2nd Earl Banbury, 2nd Viscount Wallingford, 2nd Baron Knollys. Parliament disallowed the succession on the basis that Edward (age 5) had been born when William was some eighty-two years old and Edward was, in fact, the son of Edward Vaux 4th Baron Vaux Harrowden (age 43) whom Edward's mother (age 49) subsequently married around a month after William's death.
